Dana Singiser, Founder

Dana is a seasoned advocate and healthcare policy expert with over 25 years of policy, political, campaign, and legal experience. Prior to the creation of Singiser Solutions, Dana was a Partner at Keefe Singiser Partners. Before consulting, Dana worked as Senior Vice President for Policy, Campaigns, and Advocacy at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, served in the Obama White House, where she worked as the Special Assistant to the President and a key member of the team that helped pass the Affordable Care Act. Dana also held leadership positions on President Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign and Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign. She also served as Staff Director for the Senate Democratic Steering and Outreach Committee under the chairmanship of Senator Hillary Clinton and Democratic Leaders Harry Reid and Tom Daschle. Dana has an undergraduate degree from Brown University and a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.

Eliane Heller, Manager

Eliane is a public policy and political strategy professional with expertise in reproductive rights. Before joining Singiser Solutions, Eliane was the Public Affairs Manager at Keefe Singiser Partners for three years, gaining experience in client and project management, campaign building, research, writing, and more. Eliane has an undergraduate degree from Rollins College and a Master’s of Science in Social Policy and Social Research from University College London. Her dissertation focused on the economic barriers to abortion accessibility, working with reproductive justice organizations in both the US and the UK. Eliane was a United Nations Millennium Fellow, Newman Civic Fellow, ACLU National Advocate, and the Congressional Nonprofit Engagement Coordinator for Congresswoman Stephanie Murphy.
